Susanne decided to become a certified Pilates teacher after a 20-year long career within musical theatre. She will give you a hard-core work out, independent on style and level of training, and she thinks correct technique is crucial.
Susanne loves all core exercises, but “leg pull front prep” is one of her favorite, since it engages almost the whole body: core, back, shoulder and placement of neck. It can also be developed into heavier or modified, lighter versions to fit each individual’s need. It is an exercise that brings results on any level performed. In addition, Susanne is the founder of the wine blog “Punkvin”, and educates sommeliers, as well as being the Swedish champion in sommellerie 2004.
