Course description
Pilates Matwork
We work with the whole body with functional exercises on a mat. Great focus on posture, strength and agility. We often use balls, balance rolls, wobblies, glides, bricks and other tools that makes the exercise fun and challenging. Pilates Reformer We train on the popular & exclusive Pilates machine Reformer. Controlled exercises with constant resistance gives the whole body a total workout of strength, endurance, balance & agility. |
Barre
Barre is a mix of ballet, functional exercises and pilates. Here we train strength, agility and balance at the ballet bar. Barre training is available in combination with Pilates Matwork or Garuda. Garuda Garuda is a flow of movements with influences from yoga, pilates and dance. The breath guides you through the movements and activates your body heat and energy, while calming the nervous system and creating focus. Strength and mobility in combination. |

Missed course opportunities can be catched up on during the course period on an equivalent course depending on availability.
Reformer on another Reformer class, and other courses catches up on remaining optional course (Matwork, Pilatesbarre, Garudabarre & Garuda).
Course Periods
- Spring course 15 weeks starts in January
- May course 5 weeks starts in May
- Autumn course 15 weeks starts in September
Good to know
A membership fee of SEK 300 will be added for new customers.
