Pilates Matwork ■Focusing on breath, posture, strength and agility. Matwork is the best way to create a core that is strong from the inside and out.

Pilates Reformer ■Involves strength and agility exercises in the exclusive Pilates machine, giving you a full body workout. The spring system in the reformer enables resistance work that cannot be targeted solely by using body weight. The class offers challenging training working your strength, endurance, balance and agility.

Total Barre® ■Total Barre® merges ballet with Pilates and weight training, into a dynamic, challenging class, with high tempo and energy. We train to the beat of the music, in a series of exercises making your muscles burn like never before. The training is done by the barre and we use various tools, e.g. tubes and dumbbells, to give you fast results and a toned body. A bottle of water and toesox are recommended!

Garuda ■Garuda is a flow of movements with influences from yoga, Pilates and dance. The non-stop movement challenges your mental and physical capacity. The three-dimensional movements heal the body from inside out and targets the fascia in depth. The breath will guide you through the movements and induce heat and energy, as well as calming the nervous system and creating focus. A combination of strength and mobility

pre-natal ■Being pregnant is a special time in your life.
As a mother-to-be, you want to feel good, train safely and ensure that your body takes on its new task in the best possible way. We help you build and maintain the strength to carry a changing body, stabilize the pelvis and lumbar spine and prepare you for childbirth through the combination of increased strength and ability to relax. Proper exercise also makes it easier for the body to recover and get in shape after birth. This class uses the Pilates machines Reformer & Chair with any other small tools. |
medical group training ■Medical group training is only for you having problems with long term pain or being so limited that you can't participate in our regular classes. You will get help and guidance during the class, to make sure your exercise is based on your prerequisites. We will train at a slower pace in the Reformer machine to get the chance to really feel your body. However, if you have severe pain or impaired function, we recommend at least one session of Personal Training, so we can ensure that you work in a safe and functional way.

feldenkrais ■Feldenkrais helps you build a foundation with a more intelligent and efficient movement pattern, your movement is best when all parts of the body are connected. In these classes you will train your attention and awareness. By being aware of your own movement habits you can create new patterns in your brain. This will optimize whatever you choose to do, and help you get rid of bad habits.
