Barre merges ballet with Pilates and weight training into a dynamic, challenging class, with high tempo and energy. We train to the beat of the music, in a series of exercises making your muscles burn like never before. Don’t forget your water bottle!
We use tools such as tubes and dumbbells to challenge the body. The training will give you fast results, increased posture and aerobic capacity.
