Pro Pilates Matwork Online Studies Pro Pilates Matwork begins with the mandatory educational part, Pro Pilates Foundation. You will study this section at home through 100% guided self-study in our educational portal. Estimate about 20 hours for Pro Pilates Foundation, which includes both theoretical studies and practical assignments. Pro Pilates Foundation must be completed before attending the first in-person meeting of Pro Pilates Matwork. Course Start You can start Pro Pilates Foundation anytime after your registration. PrerequisitesWhen you begin your studies in Pro Pilates, you need a basic understanding of exercise science as well as skeletal and muscular anatomy to gain the best possible comprehension. If you do not already have this knowledge, you can acquire it through apps and/or literature.
