The training is goal-oriented, smart and gives results quickly. Many athletes and dancers use Pilates to increase performance, prevent muscular imbalances and to reduce risk of injury. You will train on a mat or in a machine, and sometimes we use tools as a complement to your own body weight. Your muscle tonicity will increase, joint wear out decrease and core will strengthen. Your muscles will work more efficiently, as well as added over all stability and agility. Better circulation and deeper breath is an additional affect. This training is offered as grouptraining or with a personal trainer. |
