It is important that you feel that it is fun to work-out here with us at Stockholm Pilates Center. We care about your well-being and want you to feel safe when you train with us.
These security regulations and the code of conduct exist to protect and help you and the other members and visitors at Stockholm Pilates Center, and to create a friendly and orderly environment for everyone spending time on the premises of Stockholm Pilates Center, All members, guest trainers, and other visitors are obliged to follow these safety regulations and the code of conduct while staying on the Stockholm Pilates Center premises. - All training is performed at your own responsibility, and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own state of health to the extent that you, without endangering your own health or the health of others, can participate in the activities at Stockholm Pilates Center. If you are uncertain of your health status or suffer pains that can affect your training possibilities, or impair your health, we recommend a personal consultation with a trainer.
- Stockholm Pilates Center is to be a place for well-being and repose, with relaxation opportunities. Therefore, we put our mobiles in silent mode while staying on the premises.
- Everyone training at Stockholm Pilates Center are obliged to follow the staff’s instructions written, as well as oral, to avoid incidents or damage, for you, other members and visitors, as well as on our facilities. Everyone training at Stockholm Pilates Center must follow temporary instructions from the staff, e.g. use of equipment that is out of order or non-fully usable spaces.
- All training is to be led by a trainer at Stockholm Pilates Center, either in a group or through personal training. You are prohibited from training with equipment or in machines on your own.
- Socks with slip protection, (e.g. Toesox), are recommended for all classes. For Reformer classes and PT, it is a requirement for participation.
- Stockholm Pilates Center is not liable for bodily injury caused by a member/guest, another member/guest, caused in connection to training on Stockholm Pilates Center’s premises.
- Stockholm Pilates Center closes 15 minutes after the last class of the day is finished. Before closing, all members and other visitors must leave the premises of Stockholm Pilates Center.
- Lockers are available on the premises but are only used for storage in connection to training. Stockholm Pilates Center unlocks all lockers at closing time and is not liable for private property/valuables.
- Members or other visitors are not allowed to market or sell their own products or services or the products or services of others at Stockholm Pilates Center.
- Parking is only allowed in the parking spaces intended for Stockholm Pilates Center. We are not liable for parking damages, vandalization, or other damages on your vehicle or other property while you use our parking spaces.
