Personal training is for everyone. It’s for those who’ve never exercised before and want help getting started. It’s for you who are used to training and performing at a high level. It’s for you who may have suffered from an injury and want to find your way back to prosperity. No matter where you are in life – we are here to help you reach your goals. You’ll learn how your body can work in a holistic and efficient way where each workout session leads you forward and your trainer will encourage and support you throughout the whole experience. You are unique and so should your workout be!
Does PT really fit me? If you are uncertain about how to exercise safely given your circumstances, we will help you to develop a training program that suits you. For example during pregnancy, after a pregnancy or if you’re more in need of medical training. A PT will also fit you if you want to optimize your performance as an elite player in other sports. We’re here to listen to your wishes, so don’t hesitate to ask us if you have any thoughts. What can I do during a PT class and what can I expect from it? It’s all in the details. We work with the small details because we know they are key if you want to make a difference. Difference in how it feels in the body and difference in what you actually can manage to do. And btw, our coaches sees everything - so you can't really cheat here. During your workout you’ll train in our PT studio, which is equipped with both garuda- and pilates machines in top condition. The focus will be on the quality of your movements and awareness. You’ll know your body in a whole new way. The result is a smarter and happier body.
