Beate has her background and a bachelor's degree in dance, from the University of Stavanger in Norway (2013).
Her passion and curiosity for body and movement led her to Stockholm in 2017 to study at the Naprapath University.
Beate is also a certified massage therapist.

• STOTT PILATES®  certification  in Stavanger & Stockholm, at Stockholm Pilates Center.
• Fully certified STOTT PILATES® Trainer 2016. 
• Certified Medical Trainer by The Academy 2018.
• Teaches TOTAL BARRE®.
• Teaches GARUDA® Matwork.
