Carita Lesche

Founder of Stockholm Pilates Center in 2002, Sweden’s center for education of STOTT PILATES®. She became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Toronto, Canada, together with her team, and has educated numerous instructors in Sweden and is often hired abroad.
Carita is head of education and quality assurance at Stockholm Pilates Center.  Carita is also a certified naprapath, physical education teacher and dance pedagogue.

  • Merrithew Master/Lead Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES®, Total Barre® (etc.)
  • Offers workshops and leading STOTT PILATES® instructor education (all levels) on matwork, equipment and all machines.
  • Educator of Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) and rehab.
  • Educator of and teaches TOTAL BARRE®. 
  • Certified GARUDA® Instructor Matwork and Apparatus, teaches Garuda. 
  • Certified Medical Trainer by The Academy.
