Sara frank

Sara comes from a dance background. She is educated at the Ballet Academy in Gothenburg and Dance Space, New York City. In New York she started her pilates education at the studio "Pilates on Fifth". Sara has been working at Stockholm Pilates Center since 2006 and is one of four "Instructor Trainers" on matwork and reformer in Sweden, meaning she educates future Pilates instructors.

  • Fully certified STOTT PILATES® trainer 2006. ​
  • STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer (IT) Matwork & Reformer, level 1 & 2 2007.
