Independent on if you have trained prior to the injury or not, we are able to guide you from today and onwards to make sure you regain mobility and strength.
The training we offer is goal-oriented and specifically designed to reduce pain and to help you handle every-day life. In addition to the Pilates trainer certification, our trainers have extensive experience within physiotherapy, naprapathy, osteopathy, and Feldenkrais. This means we can approach your problem from various angles to find a solution that will help you. We also have a network of knowledgeable people who we co-operate for medical advice.
