Our training is goal-oriented and specifically designed to reduce pain and to help you handle every-day life.
We offer rehabilitating training, both as group classes and PT. If you are suffering from heavy pain or limited ability to move, we recommend at least one session with a personal trainer to ensure your training is carried out in a safe and functional way.
In addition to the Pilates trainer certification, our trainers have extensive experience within physiotherapy, naprapathy, osteopathy and Feldenkrais. This means we can approach your problem from various angles to find a solution that will help you.
