Saara is from Helsinki, Finland. She has a great passion for holistic health & well being and she has a background as an elite swimmer.
Saara is also an educated Hatha Yoga teacher (RYT-200 certified in Thailand 2019) and in year 2019 she went to Sydney, Australia to become a trainer in Reformer. When she then came in contact with Stockholm Pilates Center she moved to Stockholm to continue her education and become a part of the team.
