Garuda seated & standing
This training combines both standing series of exercises along with a series of exercises on the mat. Major focus on strength, stability, balance and joint mobility. Do to the extensive repertoire, the training is divided into two parts. However, one can start in any order you like.
Garuda has its name from the Indian mythology of the sacred bird that can change shape depending on its function. The name has inspired a more intelligent and intuitive way to train the body.
