You will learn how to use the many different parts in Reformer and the props available to intensify the possibilities to use Reformer. Also, to be able to offer a stimulating training for athletes, dancers and high performance clients. The exercises within Advanced Reformer demand a greater strength, stability and flexibility.  

The course will give you the following:
  • 70 exercises.
  • Motion analysis and construction of advanced exercises.  
  • Several varieties of exercises to vary the intensity.
