ICCB will prepare you to instruct Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) with exercises on Caddillac Trapeze Table (ICAD), Stability Chair (ICHR), Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc barrel. Towards the end of the course you will be able to tailor programs for both private costumers as well as circle sessions. The programs will suit a wide selection of training targets various clients might have.

Beyond the general targets, the course gives you the following knowledge:
  • How to apply the STOTT PILATES® Five Basic Principles to a variety of exercises, variations and modifications.
  • Efficient and safe use of the machines to develop stability, strength, suppleness, balance and coordination.
  • Adapted exercises for people with special needs.
  • How exercises are put together to create efficient training sessions.
  • 282 exercises with a number of variations.

Certification requires:

Observation 10 h 5 h 5 h =20 h
Individual training 15 h 10 h 10 h =35 h
